Ideal for agencies needing turnkey support. This covers deadline management, reporting calendars and scheduling, compliance checklists, document organization, communication workflows, and alignment across departments. Oversight ensures continuity and accountability across pre-award and post-award phases.

Funding Systems and Compliance Design
25-40hr systems block
Design of internal systems that support fiscal stewardship and compliance including SOPs, naming conventions, reporting tools, cloud-based structures, approval chains, and processes aligned with federal Uniform Guidance. These systems protect public dollars and reduce risk.
